Do you prefer road or trail? What are your favorites?

I haven't run much on trails except for flat, well groomed trails but am looking forward to trying it.

What events are you training for this year?

I want to run the Horsetooth Half again this year, maybe a trail 1/2 in summer/fall.

What distance and pace do you usually run?

My PR 1/2 is 1:52:11 (8:34 pace). Training is usually 9:00-9:30 pace for 5-6 miles.

Approximately how many miles per week do you run?

About 15-20 but ramps up to 30+ when training for a run.

What days and times do you usually run?

Mornings, typically twice during the week, then longer runs on Saturday/Sunday

Introduction

I'm a long time runner and have gotten (semi) serious about running in the past 6 years. I've completed three 1/2 Marathons in Dallas and have run the Horesetooth Half twice.
