7-8 mile run with intervals through Rutherford including 4 miles on the track at Tryon Field.
We meet next to the ticket machines at Rutherford train station. From there we run 2 miles at a[masked] min pace.
Then we run about 4 miles on the track where everybody can run his choice of distance and pace or can join the intervals: 1x400 + 1x800 + 1x1200 + 1x1600 + 1x800 + 1x400 with recovery runs of 200 + 400 + 400 + 800 + 400 + 200.
After that we run back to cool down on newly paved Washington Ave for 1 mile where we have some steep hills (we can also avoid them if desired and go on neighboring streets).
Please wear reflective clothing since it's dark and if possible a head lamp for the road.
