What we're about

Run, Gab, Gulp and Go, or RG3 as we are affectionately known, is for runners of every level, including runners training for events, runners casually getting in a couple of miles, or runners focused on building mileage and endurance.

Our group takes advantage of Maryland's lakes, parks, trails, waterfronts, and roads to conduct our group runs. RG3 is always looking for new places to run and encourages members to suggest their favorite routes.

RG3 gabs-a great way to take our minds off of those miles!

RG3 gulps - after our runs we have to hydrate, so whether the group goes for water, coffee or beer...we're having fun!

RG3 goes- on our way, refreshed and ready for the next workout! Everything's optional but the running.
