Sunday Morning Bagel Run

Anyone who can't do the Saturday Bagel Run with the HC Striders that needs to do their long run on a Sunday in late October early November might want to do a Sunday Morning Bagel Run. We will also not start sooo early. I'm a slow runner so you can go your own pace distance way ahead of me. I will stock water at centennial park but that's it. I will be only doing 6 miles on the 20th, but feel free to go longer as your 10 miles will probably take as long as my 6.

    Hey, Aimee... I was checking the schedule and I don't see one for your group this weekend. I'd still like to join. I see another meetup for this group elsewhere on Sunday, but I'd prefer to be with a larger group with more people at my pace! Haha... Maybe next time!

      Newbies are good for these runs, as I'm slow and take walk breaks. After having a baby, although mentally I want to run, my body is still adjusting and rebuilding. An 11-14 min pace is ideal for this run. Don't worry Ondine like I say whether anyone else comes I still have to run.
