Since we had such a good time this week--I'm posting again!
Looking for a little cross training as you prepare for an upcoming fall race? Just got finished training for a long race and need a little break from the running routine? Just getting started with running and would feel more comfortable walking with the group for the time being? Just feel like walking?
Look no further--it's time for a walk on the B&A Trail. Enjoy the fresh fall weather with a no-pressure, no running, social walk. We'll meet up at the Ranger Station parking lot and head out for about an hour, before it starts to get dark.
The parking lot closes at 7, so please try to arrive right at 6 pm.
For anyone interested, we'll grab a bite and/or a drink afterwards somewhere nearby.
