Would you consider yourself a runner, jogger, or walker?

Jogger, but looking to increase my distance and decrease my time to move to the runner bracket.

What are your training goals? [races, endurance/fitness, distance]

Run a 5k in 27 minutes, and to run a 10k

What distance are you currently running?

3-4 miles per run, about 3-5 times a week

Where are your favorite places to run?

Patterson Park, Canton Waterfront, around Canton, and Meadowbrook park.

Do you have any suggestions for a place to "gab" and "gulp" after a run?

Anywhere in Canton/Fells Pointis great!

Hello! I live in Canton and enjoy running. I like it better when it's warm/hot, but I can suck it up! About a 10 min/mile jogger.
