More fun group strength training for our runners is coming your way. Woohoo!

Starting next Thursday we'll be back at it with weekly group training sessions to help you boost your fitness to get to your running goals and become stronger, fitter, more resilient runners. Let's keep those injuries away, please!
--- WHAT YOU'LL GET ---
The weekly sessions will be primarily led by Coach Lorna Wilson, our team trainer and Biomechanics Coach. She rocks! But you'll also get a few visits from other trainers to mix things up.
The weekly group sessions will fit in nicely with your training plan and will be adapted to fit the training program (so that we recover, peak, and taper at moments that match up with our training plans).
Most days you can expect an energetic, high-intensity full-body strength workout that can double as a cardio workout too. Oh yeah! Your heart will be pumping as you work your runner's strength, stability, mobility, and flexibility in a quick one-hour workout each week. Just one hour a week to boost your strength and running!
BONUS: You'll also learn and practice beneficial biomechanics exercises to help better align your bodies and get you running more efficiently. More efficient running = easier, breezier, faster running. :-D

--- NEW 10 CLASS PASS ---
We'll make it more flexible and easier for you to join this time around. You can pay for the sessions you join with a 10-session pass that is valid for the duration of the training season. You'll have 17 weeks to use your pass to join in the strength training fun during the training season and we'll likely keep it going in the off season too.

- 110 for members of our training programs
- 120 for non-members
