    Generic Workouts for the Winter Two Mile Series

    About 85 to 100 min. of cumulative recovery running over 3 or 4 of the other 4 days. Make sure you are very safe and limit this if needed for those that ran Seattle on Sunday.

    Wed. – Warm up, stretch, strides, 8 to 10 x 400 meters, cool down, stretch.
    Sat. – Winter Grand Prix *** 65 min. w/the middle 35 “a bit harder" if not running WGP***
    Sun. – 75 to 90 min. EASY

    Two cycle group options for the 400’s.
