Hi Richard,
THANK YOU for changing the Wednesday time-that is AWESOME for those of us who get up super early!
See you Sunday, hopefully!

Sunday parking/traffic
With the Iron Girl going on at Green Lake and an afternoon Seahawk home game you may want to plan on giving yourself a bit of extra time to arrive at Starbucks by 9 a.m.!
New Wed. start time
The start time for Wednesday interval sessions will be moved up an hour starting this coming week.  I'll be arriving at 5:15 to meet those that want to get there to warm up.  6:00 start of workout.
Sundodger Cross Country Meet
Saturday, September 18th, Lincoln Park
One of your only chances to see better cross country in our area at the collegiate level (even though the Pac 10 meet will be at Jefferson Park later this Fall!).  Lincoln Park is a nice spot to watch the meet and go for a light run through the park and along the beach.  I haven't created a meetup for this, but let me know if interested.
Make it a great week.
