Absolutely! When I started with the club 3 years ago I had never ran more than 3 miles and Ive since completed 3 half marathons. As long as you can do 3 miles in about 30 min, you have a good baseline to start running with us. Hope to see you soon!

Dear Richard and folks,
I signed up for running for life about 6 months ago. So far, I have not been able to run for more than 5 miles and usually only do 2 and 1/2. so i have not attended the runs. Do have good shoes. I used to be able to run more, but that was 10 years ago.
Is there any point to me being a part of this? I would like to run more and have the camaraderie
Best,
Mira.

Hope to see a few new faces join us this Winter.
Or some "old" faces!
The sooner you start up the more prepared you get!
Come by the Social Night on Friday night if interested in finding out more.
