Ready to get into better shape for a summer race?

After a two week lull in Wednesday night attendees we will be starting our Summer Hours at Intervals this week with new vim and vigor!

To conclude a busy winter of great racing we will have runners preparing for standout summer races from 5K to the marathon.  The sooner you get started the better you will feel during, and after, your big event.

We start showing up at 6:15 to warm up if you need that much time.  Track is available for us at 7:00 to start the workout.

If we don't see you this week I hope it's soon!
