RS4L to transition to RS4L Facebook page for all communication in 2016

From: Richard F.

An exciting change is taking place with the RS4L group! Aimie and Sandra will be partnering to coordinate the activities and direction of RS4L starting over the next few months. Richard will pitch in when they feel the need for help in determining what will remain, be added or possibly discontinued. They will increase the organization, energy and communication that good coordination takes!

What we know:

*Anticipate very little, if any, change over the next 4 months minimum.

*Sunday runs, Wed. intervals and social events will continue as they do currently.

*A transition will be made to the RS4L Facebook page (at https://www.facebook.com/runseattle4life/) as we prepare to terminate the meetup site in March of 2016.

*Continuation of dues for an actual club membership are still undetermined.

*Richard will continue sending out the Sunday workouts and recap to Wed. Workout Warriors and Freeman University members through Feb of 2016. Generic workouts will pertain to the Winter 2 mile Grand Prix.

*He will also attempt to do a better job of keeping the Meetup site and Facebook site current!

*Richard will still be willing to coach where appropriate for both parties. This will be in a more comprehensive manner. This will cater to those that are serious about developing their running and includes those at all abilities. Interviewing for partnerships will begin in January.

A huge thanks to Aimie and Sandra for their commitment to the group through the past years and willingness to step up to keep the group going.

All three of us are ready for input and questions and we continue to invite those of you that have connected with our group through Meetup to join us as we move forward.
