Generic Winter Grand Prix Training Plan

A Generic Winter Grand Prix Training Plan will be available starting this week for those interested. It will be posted on the Facebook site each Sun. or Mon. under that week’s Wed. Workout Event.

I will post the workouts for Wed. as well as the Saturday tempo and Sunday long run suggestions. Cummulative time will also be suggested for recovery runs.

As we see who participates I can list workouts for more than one level of preparedness if needed (mainly driven by quantity and quality of running background). The initial suggestions are for those running a minimum of 25 miles a week.

The Wed. workout groups will also be posted on this meetup site for that week’s Interval’s meetup.
