Liberated Movement + Flow

I am hosting a creative movement experience called Liberation Movement + Flow AKA The Monday Night Wiggle at Crescent Collective (1800 Decatur Street) from 7pm-8pm on Monday, 06/30/2025.

This experience will start with a vibe check, gentle stretching, and then we'll move into movement/dance prompts to get us out of our heads and into our bodies. There will be free dance time and I being silk veils and pretty fabrics to enhance your dance.

Together we will shake the Monday vibes off and set the vibe for the rest of the week.

What to bring:

• Yoga mat

• Water

• Towel

• Mask

• Comfortable clothes to move in

• An open mind

• Blankie + Pillow (for the soundbath)

• Journal (optional)

This experience ends with a soundbath and rest period.

This experience is mask required and donation-based.
I will have extra masks on hand if you don't have any.
