11 am Rocket Vinyasa
in the sanctuary at Unity of Bon Air every week!
Please pay as you are able to support the yoga, the guides, and the space
Suggested $13 for one or $20 for two classes (either you take both classes, or bring a friend to either class!)
Short of cash or just enjoy helping? Worktrade is available, talk with either of us about helping with set up. This is a 9:30 am arrival to help move chairs and prepare the space. One volunteer shift covers two classes!
To find us: the sanctuary doors are at the back of the building. Follow the wide path to the left of the building, almost all the way back to the meditation garden. The sanctuary doors are the last two doors on the right.
