Details is our city’s official presence on the web but does it reflect San Diego? Mayor Kevin Faulconer is asking for your expertise to make the newly redesigned website a more effective resource for all San Diegans.

This month, join SDXD and Mayor Faulconer to help the city shape content that will improve the online experience at

You’ll work with city staff, residents and business owners to develop content strategy and craft narratives to make the city’s site truly reflect San Diego and its residents’ needs. We’ll provide the framework — all you have to do is bring your laptop, passion, creativity and know-how.

We have the opportunity to help redefine how San Diego presents itself to the world and how it supports the 1.3 million people who call the city home. We hope you’ll join us for this chance to help build a better website for our city.
