You've survived a grueling research schedule. Your first day back, your boss asks: 'So, what did you learn?'

As user experience professionals we OWN the customer's story. Our value to the organization is in telling those stories and translating them into effective, usable designs.

Join us January 18th for a panel of expert storytellers, each with a different perspective. Learn what makes a great story; how and what to amplify; when narrative tension and conflict can drive a message better than flat documentation.

Our speakers:

• John DeBello, Loma Media (XD agency)

• Megan Sornson & Juan David Quinones, Digital Telepathy (UX agency)

• Charles Chamberlayne, Access San Diego (PR)
