Storytelling, pitching ideas, negotiating with colleagues... our industry demands that we have a variety of conversational tactics and techniques to pull from our toolkit at any given moment. These skills allow us to effectively communicate new and innovative ideas, advocate for users, and ultimately deliver amazing experiences.
This month, we'll look beyond the UX realm and learn some of the most effective conversational frameworks used in organizational psychology and law. Alice Segal, Attorney at Bonnie R. Moss & Associates, will introduce a framework she uses for crafting strong, solid arguments. Our expert in organizational psychology, Kaylan Lavillotti, will walk us through a framework for achieving desired outcomes.
After our experts walk us through their technique, we'll break out into groups and test them out for ourselves! Kaylan and Alice will come prepared to facilitate activities that will expose the true value and power of the framework they'll be introducing.
