Are your products ready for bi-national use? Don't miss this rare and exciting opportunity to embark on a cross national Experience Design event in both San Diego and Tijuana.

This month we work with local startups to test their customer experience for a bi-national audience. Participating startups come from both Tijuana and San Diego with one big question: how might we improve our customer's experience regardless of location? Our partner for this event is Tijuana based MIND Hub.

Event Details

We will test a basic premise: how truly bi-national is this app? We begin in San Diego, learning and testing assumptions. Then travel to Tijuana to explore opportunities. As we travel, we'll do some guerilla testing with ourselves and our fellow passengers. We'll cross the border together where we'll meet with the crew at MIND Hub to continue the workshop.

10:00 AM Arrive
- Light breakfast
- Introductions to startups and discussion with founders.

11:00 Discovery + Trolley to Tijuana.

Noon Uber to MIND Hub to have lunch.

1:00 PM Active prototyping and solution development

3:00 Presentations + Celebrations
Teams will present their findings and solutions in an interactive forum with founders.

Note: If you want to stay in Mexico after the workshop we will head over to local Mexican breweries. We will also have a list of other activities in Tijuana and Valle de Guadalupe.

You'll be fed: a light breakfast and lunch and, for dinner a Mexican taco and beer celebration! If you have any food allergies or concerns please email Kris (at) Hopscotch Labs com. We'll attempt to accommodate you.

You will need:

• A passport

• Trolley pass (we'll have some trolley passes)

• Money for an Uber ride in Mexico (check with your cell phone provider for charges)

The $10 will cover the Trolley pass and support the dinner food purchase in Tijuana. If you bring a Trolley pass we'll reimburse you.
