I'm Inês, a Product Design Guru @ Critical Techworks, BMW Group. I have been working in digital products since 2012. I’ve worked in several areas, from E-Commerce to Services. As a Generalist, I love working on the full life-cycle of a product, from research, to design, to testing. Currently I’m a Product Design Guru at Critical Techworks, this means I support the creation and development of internal tools at BMW Group: I am responsible for designing and ensuring a product’s utility, ease of use, and efficiency.
