On April 15th, 2013, a new Chapter was born...
The International Game Developers Association (IGDA) Sacramento Chapter!
1 year later we have had incredible success with helping new & aspiring Game Developers turn their dreams into something real & beyond! On this day, we celebrate! And YOU, the general Nerd public, get to try out what the Sacramento Indie Game Scene has to offer! You'll get to enjoy games from Stigma Games, Nascent Games, & over 10 other Indie Game Developers ready to show you what they have! Plus, fighting game tournaments throughout the day & other awesome stuff for all to enjoy!
Later in the night, we will have an after-party w/our headliner the Reno Video Game Symphony & closing out the night w/some hard dance tunes from DJ Enhancr (aka the guy who posted this). Is your body ready? It better be! Here are the details:
IGDArcade – April, 12th 2014
Location: Witch Room (formerly Bows & Arrows), Mid-Town
Time: 11am-10pm (30 minute breakdown time, 530-6pm; After-Party from 8-10pm)
Price: $10 early, $15 at door, $7 Students

2-5pm: Fighting Game Tournaments (Super Smash Brothers, Marvel vs. Capcom, & Street Fighter 4) This will be an ideal "warm-up" for those fighters participating in the NorCal Regionals the weekend after!
5-6pm: 2nd Keynote (Rob-5th Planet)
6-630pm: Table Teardowns / Reno Game Symphony stage setup
