Calming the Nervous System through Stillness & Sound

We will explore peace and stillness with mantras, mindfullness and toning followed by a sound bath meditation. Be transported into a state of tranquility with Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks and gong.

Members are also interested in
