Monday evenings are really simple. It's simply silence. This is a newly starting group that has grown from the Simply Silence Meditations on Friday Morning. We sit for 30 minutes or so. The best way to learn how to meditate, or to stabilize or deepen your practice, is to sit with others (weekly or more often) who are simply abiding in the natural state of peace. It's contagious. It's our natural state. It's just that simple.
