SEC (Sunday Evening Circle)

Every week Arms of Verity, other SJF Congregants, and friends come together to worship and celebrate the beautiful aspects of the Divine. Arms of Verity, the "Veritans", support the unification of world religion through common Gods. People are welcome at any level of involvement, belief, or nonbelief. Come, sing, break bread, and commune in the name of togetherness as Veritans participate with the SJF ritual team in their a cooperative UU service.

Sacred Journey Fellowship is a UU Church, and we meet on Sunday for Services. We are also an Intentional UU Congregation; we've chosen to be *earth-centered*... which means our Sunday Services are conducted following a pagan format.

Sunday topics and methods vary through the month. On the Sundays on or near the new moon we generally focus on our inner selves, and the spirituality of our personal paths. Those services tend to be fairly quiet and contemplative. Around the full moon, our topics encompass things outside our own skins: community, the city, social justices issues, the world… and while still spiritual in nature and approach, these services tend to be livelier and more active. All bets are off if a wondermongous inspiration hit during Mentors' circle (ritual planning), though.

We conduct a Full Moon ritual once a month; look around the full moon date to find it on our calendar.

We are a non-creedal church. Like every other UU church, we do not require specific beliefs to participate in our community. While we do our services in a Pagan format, you are welcome here regardless of your religious convictions and practices.

Further, we are a Welcoming Congregation. These means you can participate fully here in our community no matter what your sexual orientation or gender identity.
