This is an online 30 day, structured program
to help people get to their optimal weight or health!
We are NOT are not meeting physically at 7 am on Tues. am! We start Tues. at 7 am to begin our 30 Day VHW Program! Every Tues. am, you can choose to weigh yourself and send to me, or just wait until the end. Whatever helps you stay on track. If extra weight is not an issue for you, no need to do weight measurements at all. If you do not need weight loss, you will not lose weight, your body will just get healthier.
I know some of you struggle with your food choices, even if you are already vegan! This is not a program for people who want to eat either the standard American diet or a cheese/egg diet, a fish diet or diet with added oils. For thirty days, this diet is strictly vegan and healthy, with no oils added. If you do not have the cook/info book: buy this book, THE STARCH SOLUTION by Dr. John McDougall, read it. Use recipes...!! And if you have diabetes get this book: Reversing Diabetes Program by Dr. Neal Barnard. And, if you have heart disease, buy this book: Reversing Heart Disease by Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn.

1. Food shopping tour/kick off! Sept. 30... Monday evening, 7:15 pm at Whole Foods Market before we begin on Tues. am.
2. Your daily food intake will be monitored and emailed to me daily!
3. You will weigh yourself Oct. 1st and at the end. Optional: Weigh in weekly.
4. Group discussions, dine outs and support throughout the month.
5. We will go out to dinner the last week of October so I can show you how I do it.
Please know that if you do not have a recent blood test, it would be great if you get a new one before we start! (if possible and optional) so we know your cholesterol levels and triglyceride levels. If you have any pre health conditions like high blood pressure or diabetes, you need to inform your own doctor that you are beginning a low fat, no added oil, whole foods, plant based program before we begin Oct. 1. (ps. Tell your doctor to do it with you!)
