Welcome! This is a singles only group to meet other singles who exercise and lead a healthy lifestyle. If you have been wanting to start exercising and make friends while doing it, then this group is for you!
The group will meet for various activities such as hiking, walking, jogging, running, biking or any other activities that are beneficial to our health followed by fun and non-exercise social activities like dinners, drinks, local events..etc.
We don't always have to exercise before fun, even though we should, :) but we will also get together for non-exercise fun activities as well based on interest.
Remember, you don't have to be a hardcore fitness fanatic to join our group. This group is open to everyone, all fitness levels. All we ask is that you be mindful of your health and commit to a regular exercise.
The primary goal of this group is to bring us together around a healthy lifestyle.
