• What we'll do Sahaja Yoga is a simple and effective form of meditation that can help reduce your stress and enhance your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. It is open to all and there is no age limit to attend the classes. The classes are facilitated by local Sahaja Yoga practitioners, who will take you through the basic meditation and balancing techniques that you can easily practice at home without much interruption to your daily routines. There is NO FEE for any of these classes and you can join any week. No prior physical exercise, diet or special clothing is required. Participants can either sit on the floor (usually carpeted) or on a chair. • What to bring A willingness to explore, experiment and learn. • Important to know Open to all, no age limit and no fee.
