Sunday Sail at Rocky Fork Lake

I get to many alerts from MeetUp so I have turned them off. That means I won't see any messages or comments on here. The ONLY way to communicate with me is to call/text the DudeistJon Help Line at

According to the long range forecast there will be good wind and a light chance of rain!

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION

1. The lake is about 75 minutes east of Cincinnati. Be aware of that before you sign up.
2. This is very weather dependent. That means I will check the weather 2 days before and make a final decision.
3. I have room for 4 people on the boat (myself and 3 guests)
4. You don't have to know how to sail but you will be asked to help on the boat. Things like "On your left is a red rope, pull it."
5. Feel free to watch youtube videos but I will teach you the basics
6. You will have to be able to climb over the side of my boat to get on the boat. Similar to climbing over a low wall.
7. I still sail if there is light rain. My sailboat is designed to to get wet so sailing in the rain is completely safe.

I provide:

• The boat
• Fuel
• Cooler
• Life jackets (if desired but not required)

You bring:

• Your own beverages
• Snacks
• Sunscreen
• Sunglasses with straps
• Hats with strings that will keep them on your head
• Comfortable footwear that will stay on when you climb around the boat (no flip flops)
• Wear whatever clothes you would wear to the beach on a windy day.

Please DO NOT ask Google for sailing advice.
Every boat/lake/situation is different so Google will be wrong more often than it is correct.
