It’s a common misconception that “fundamentals” are skills to be taught when someone is just starting their studies in a subject. And while it’s true that a foundation is laid early on, the practice and reinforcement of these elements is absolutely essential in anyone’s continued progress and development.
Weight transfer and movement mechanics are the foundation of this dance and funnily enough, because of their difficulty, they aren’t the first things we train. But our monthly conditioning class allows us the time and space to deal with these concepts in a focused and in-depth way.
