Medical professionals worldwide recommend meditation to reduce stress, improve sleep and assist with a number of other challenges. We are so busy in today's world, we often forget ourselves in the mix. Creating personal quiet time, even a few minutes everyday, can make a difference in your mood, health and overall well being.
