Join New Mindful Life, with Dr. Rochelle Calvert, for the opportunity to retreat in Mindfulness without the need to take off for a week. These events are ideal for those who have already participated in past mindfulness classes and wish to deepen their practice and further their understanding of Mindfulness. This half-day retreat will include a series of guided sitting and walking meditations as well as talks and explanations on the benefit of integrating Mindfulness into your everyday life.
We will now be holding our Half-Day Retreat in Balboa Park! Meet at our Studio and we will walk a few blocks up to the Redwood Circle area of Balboa Park off of 6th Ave to partake as a community in a guided meditation. This will include sitting, laying, sound and walking meditations! Connect with the meditative properties of nature :)
