The Los Angeles County Republican Party is getting a makeover under its' newly elected chairman, Roxanne Beckford Hoge. The goal is to energize the aging Grand Old Party with a leaner outreach aimed at a broader voter base frustrated by crime, costs and corruption.

The LA-GOP is promoting personal action over public meetings.
