There are many evening meditation groups so I thought a morning group would be valuable in the area. The group can always discuss other possibilities. Please bring your own cushion or bench. I do not have any extra. I have 8 chairs that people can use. I will be in place by 6:25 and I will strike my bowl at 6:30. Please be seated by 6:30. This will not be a guided meditation. We will sit in silence for 45 minutes and I will strike the bowl again at 7:15. We will disperse and hopefully all begin our weeks with at least some peace., presence and mindfulness.
