**BOOTCAMP:**
Welcome to join us this Saturday morning at our bootcamp style training on the Malagueta beach 🧜‍♀️🧜‍♂️ We will be working out in the sand, right next to the sea. Each session will look a little different but will always contain a body weight circuit with an optional running part. After the session, feel free to enjoy a bath in the sea.

**BRUNCH:**
If like me you thrive after a cup of coffee you are invited to join us for a brunch after all the hard work. This is a chance to catch up with the other "workoutees" or get to know new people. We will go to a nearby bar so don´t forget to sign up (Meetup, instagram, facebook or whatsapp) when possible so i can book as a big enough space.

**WHERE TO FIND US:**
You can find us in front of the "Monumento A Jorge Guillen" on La Malagueta beach.

**WHAT TO BRING:**
All you need to bring is a beach towel or training mat and a bottle of water.

**WHAT IT COSTS:**
Welcome to join us, your first time is for free. Later if you enjoy our sessions and want to join us again they are 6€/ training or you can get a 10 x card for 45€
