Carpinteria Bluffs and Tar Pits

Hi there,
Lydonna will be leading our hike this time and we will be hiking the Carpinteria Bluffs and Tar Pits. This is an easy hike. Please remember your hat, hiking shoes, sunscreen and water. We will hike for an hour then stop and rest for a short discussion about healing our selves with meditation, journaling, exercise, gratitude, forgiveness, laughter and love. Meet wonderful people, laugh and have fun. Please be on time.
