Digging In - Investing in Real Estate 2020 - PART 3 Construction (3 of 6)

Last year, we had three Meet-Up members move forward with their real estate goals and purchase/sell in 2019 successfully! Based on the feedback I have received and as a part of the vision I have, I am putting together a series where we dive deep into making our goals clear, our action plan realistic, and our execution effective. If you have a vision for investing in real estate, whether it's a couple rentals providing cashflow or you have a goal of owning hundreds of units/commercial properties, you are welcome to join this series.

What to expect: This will not be a formal speaker type series. We will be keeping it casual and focused on goals and action where we can dive into your plan of action and support each other as a group of like minded individuals.

Goal: Identify an investment in 2020 and acquire for each attendee. As a brokerage, we will be bringing opportunities to the table as well for members.

Outline:

1. Week 1 THE INTRO. Your why. Creating realistic goals and game plan investor guest speaker. Free for all.

2. Construction and value add rehab.

3. Mortgage, hard money and commercial financing.

4. Running the Numbers. Understanding the P&L, rent roll, rent projections, etc. Real world examples

5. CPA and 1031 specialist. Taxes and regulations.

6. Purchase Agreement and negotiation. Real world examples

Important: This will be open to any member for the first meeting. After that we will limit to 10 members who will be looking to attend each meet up as they will build on each other.
