Glow, which had its first run in 2008, is a biannual, all-night cultural experience featuring original commissions by artists that re-imagine Santa Monica Beach as a playground for thoughtful and participatory temporary artworks. The festival, which is inspired by the Nuit Blanche in Paris, features site-specific outdoor art projects. According to organizers, the 2008 edition of Glow drew more than 200,000 visitors so it should be lots of fun! For more

Description of what will be presented Attire: Wear comfortable shoes because we will be walking everywhere and even on the sand. And since it's by the beach a jacket is highly recommended! Meetup Location: Before we dive into the mass of people I thought we could meet for dinner to get to know each other at Wahoo Taco's first. Let me know if you have any questions or if you plan to come later. Looking forward to meeting everyone!
