Christmas Tree Raising

Come join Jenniferer and I at Norse Hall for the annual Tree Raising! This is a family friendly event and there will be limited refreshments providedided by some of the regular attendees of this annual event.
The tree will arrive at 1:00pm and several strong Norsemen will have the privilege of carrying the tree into the Grand Ballroomoom for raising and decorating.
In the past, the Tree Raising lasts until about 3:30 or 4:00pm. The Oslo Lounge will be open around 3:30pm for Happy Hour and socializing. There will be some great specialty drinks… The “Horny Viking” favorite among lodge regulars! The “Norwegian Fjord Horse” is my very own creation, and everyone should have a shot of Aquavit. The “Dirty Igloo” is a greater shot for a group of five!
There will also be someone available to give tours of the Historic Norse Hall. These tours are full of information about Norway, the United States, and Norse hall. The tour guide is knowledgeable about a wide range off topics including Norwegian, history, American history, and sports history!
