Hello, my name is Krzysztof Minkowski. I am a theatre director, MBSR-certified meditation teacher and stress management coach. I suffered from chronic stress disorders and depression for many years. I also underwent two courses of cognitive behavioural therapy, which helped me a lot but did not really solve the problem. I was still stressed, tense and very unhappy. I started meditating and can no longer imagine life without it. My philosophy is scientifically based modern meditation. This means that you can meditate anywhere, anytime, in any position and during any activity. In the car, in the park, on the bus, in bed, in a café, at the gym, in the sauna, in the kitchen, at the office, in the bathroom, at the supermarket, on the sofa, with the cat, at the train station, at the airport and at the cinema before the film starts. I offer individual coaching and MBSR (online courses) For me, the most important thing is to help you integrate meditation into your everyday life and improve your quality of life.
