Since it might rain on Saturday, I have rescheduled this Meetup event for Sunday.

Festival hours are 9am - 4pm.  - Karen

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Let's learn about wildlife in the area from a Ranger guided nature walk, bird watching, and animal exhibits.

The Tres Rios Nature and Earth Festival is an outdoor event that focuses on the rich diversity of wildlife, habitat, history and culture of the Gila River drainage. There will also be food trucks and music.

* Estrella Mountain Regional Park staff will lead hikes several times daily into the trail system, identifying plants and animals (or their “sign”) as you walk.

* The Sonoran Audubon Society will be holding free Basic Birding Classes each day, teaching about binocular usage, identifying local birds, and where to find them.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

Meeting Place: the people who sign up can meet at the Ranger station. (The festival staff should know where it is located.)

Parking is $3.

Admission is free.
