This month's Adults’ Night Out series, will feature an evening of magic, mind reading, music and merriment on Friday, Dec. 7!

6:45pm: Lecture- Free

• Take in a lecture by Professor Michael McBeath, who will delve into the mysteries and science behind perception and illusions. The psychology professor at Arizona State University is most widely known for his work on navigational strategies used by baseball players, animals, and robots.

7:45pm: Magic Show- $33 for Members and $38 for Non-members. (Please RSVP separately in the Meetup webpage for the magic show)


Afterward, we can continue the discussion at a nearby cafe,
or explore the regular exhibit galleries (free tonight),
or go to the featured exhibits (additional fee), or see the magic performance (please RSVP separately in the Meetup webpage for the magic show).

Meeting Place: The person at the info. desk will direct you to the auditorium. Entrance to the AZ Science Center tonight is for adults only. We'll meet in line.
Meeting time is 6:30pm.
Lecture duration is from 6:45pm - 7:45pm.
Validated parking (>$3) in the "Heritage Square Parking Lot" (SE corner 5th St and Monroe St, one block south of Van Buren St). Disregard any outside signs stating "$12 Event Parking".
Admission to the lecture is free.
