The trend at least among movies and many books at been rather dark. It's social commentary but are has much of the hope gone mortal engines, crusade, and battlestar galactic. The hope is if not gone is rationed tightly is that a part of the modern psyche or what. It feels like end of world war one era of literature again.
Any thoughts?
