A stand-alone munro to the south of the Monadh Liath range.
Route Grade: Moderate/Hard Distance: 15km Ascent: 650m Time: approax. 5 hours (depending on conditions) We will take the route from Garva Bridge up the south-west ridge of the hill and return the same way. [This avoids any potential stream-crossing problems on the alternative route]

This walk has been graded (http://www.meetup.com/scottish-hillwalkers/pages/Walking_Grades/) as a Moderate-to-Hard walk. It should be a steady climb.

Clothing & Equipment
You must ensure that you come adequately prepared for this walk.

Please don't forget to bring a map with a note of the route description and a compass.
We shouldn't need winter gear (axe and crampons) unless there is a snowfall in the next two weeks.
