A Lean intro into Waste & VSM Mapping

For example as the scrum guide says: Scrum is founded on empiricism and LEAN thinking, or "have an Lean-Agile" mindset etc.

We want to give you an introduction of what is considered Waste and a brief intro in Value Stream Mapping out of my experience. After that we'll use the wisdom of the crowd to explore the topics you bring in.

• Workshop/content in the training room
• Fresh topics and content (testing grounds?)

• Open and inclusive - English preferred to enable more people to join
• Unfortunately, the venue is not provided with an elevator (it is on the first floor)
