For example as the scrum guide says: Scrum is founded on empiricism and LEAN thinking, or "have an Lean-Agile" mindset etc.
We want to give you an introduction of what is considered Waste and a brief intro in Value Stream Mapping out of my experience. After that we'll use the wisdom of the crowd to explore the topics you bring in.

- Open floor (lean coffee style) in 'open' area
- Workshop/content in the training room
- Fresh topics and content (testing grounds?)
- Energizing, inspiring and actionable sessions
- Open and inclusive - English preferred to enable more people to join
- Unfortunately, the venue is not provided with an elevator (it is on the first floor)
- Please help us with guidance to accommodate your specific situation
