Join us as we explore the subject of Agile beyond software.
Tom and Robert will briefly share their experiences with non-software teams (e.g. hardware development, business teams), as well as some of the challenges they still face. After that we'll use the wisdom of the crowd to explore the topics you bring in.

For this Hybrid Event, Tom & Robert will be facilitating the in person part in Amersfoort. Sjoerd and Theo will make sure you, the online attendees will be able to take part through zoom, chat and an in person 'bridge' facilitator. Our aim is to make sure interaction is valuable both for in person and online attendees.

Robert and Tom have experience in various hard ware and other non IT applications of Scrum. You might have met them before, as they both spoke at the Scrum Facilitators Original Conference in 2022.
