THIS SESSION IS REQUIRED FOR OW STUDENTS PLANNING TO ATTEND THE DUTCH SPRINGS CERTIFICATION DIVES. YOU MUST HAVE COMPLETED YOUR CONFINED WATER (POOL) SESSIONS BEFORE YOU RSVP FOR THIS POOL.
If you DON'T RSVP, we assume you're NOT ATTENDING
IF YOU ARE GOING TO DUTCH SPRINGS WITH US YOU MUST STOP BY THE SHOP BEFORE THIS POOL TO PICK UP YOUR 7MM WETSUIT, HOOD, GLOVES, AND DIVE COMPUTER WHICH ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS POOL SESSION.
THE THURSDAY DUTCH SPRINGS ORIENTATION AT 6PM IS ALSO REQUIRED.
ALL ONLINE ACADEMICS MUST BE FULLY COMPLETED AND PRINTED. BRING A PRINT OUT OF THE ACADEMICS TEST RESULTS TO THE POOL WITH YOU. WE WILL BE DOING THE REQUIRED ACADEMIC REVIEW AT THE END OF THE POOL.
IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE WATERMANSHIP (SWIMMING AND SURVIVAL FLOAT) PRIOR TO THIS POOL SESSION BRING A BATHING SUIT.

At this session we will review the skills needed for the Open-Water Certification dives. We will also be reviewing the academics after the pool so be sure to bring the print out of your exam that's provided after completing the course.
If you have not already done your watermanship skills by this pool you must bring a bathing suit and be prepared to swim 8-12 lengths of the pool and tread water for 10 minutes.
You must attend this final review at the pool to get approval for the certification dives from your instructor. It is also a good idea to wear the 6/7mm wetsuit at the last pool session so that you can get used to wearing and working with it on your certification dives. Make arrangements well in advance of this session at the shop[masked]r [masked]
