Join us for Align & Ignite, a rejuvenating monthly meetup where Pilates precision meets yoga soul. This 60-minute bodyweight session is designed to strengthen your core, tone your entire body, and reconnect you to your breath—leaving you feeling strong, centered, and fully lit from within.
💫 What to Expect:
– 30 min of energizing Pilates with a focus on core, glutes, and posture
– 30 min of heart-opening yoga flow to stretch, restore, and realign
– A mindful cooldown to ground you in your body and elevate your energy
Bring a mat, some water, and your best self. Whether you’re new to movement or leveling up your practice, this class welcomes all with open arms (and fire abs 🔥).
