Danny's passion for Windows Phone and desire to help build the community has driven him to innovate a blog series titled Simplifying Windows Phone Development. His series explains how to build a Windows Phone App from the ground up in very simple concepts. He also built a sample app to help explain the concepts and released the app to the community to view and use!
Over the last 6 months Danny has been working with the user group vNext Orange County and Saddleback Community College in Mission Viejo to co-teach a full 12 session course on Windows 8 WinRT App development. Each class is recorded and posted online for the entire community to view. Hands on sample apps are developed in each class to help students learn each topic and students are encouraged to do homework to reinforce what they learned. The classes have been huge successes in helping unemployed attendees learn new skills that help them secure future employment.
Danny's excitement for the Nokia Lumia line is truly amazing. He continues to post on Social Networks about the platform and evangelizes everywhere and to everyone. He's always learning something new and loves to answer questions.
