Ray Fix presents "Artificial Intelligence in Swift: Decision Trees."

Decision trees are one of the most important and effective AI tools for classification. This presentation will give you a first principles understanding and intuition about how they work. You will learn about how decision trees can be built programmatically given a pile of data . We will also explore several improvements that can be made, including boosting, bagging and random forests. Not only will you learn how to build a decision tree from scratch, but you will also be able to use CoreML tools to tackle massive classification problems and deploy them in iOS apps.

Ray is the iOS topics master at http://www.raywenderlich.com/ , final pass editor of the books Swift Apprentice and Swift Algorithms.
