"Einstein says time exists so that nothing happens at once. But film exists to show everything can happen at once,” Boyle said before the screening of his new movie Trance. Danny Boyle, the director, is also known for Slumdog Millionaire, Trainspotting, and 127 Hours.
The plot centers around an art heist gone wrong. James McAvoy plays a young auction house guard who helps Vincent Cassel's character steal a Goya masterpiece. When he forgets what he did, a hypnotist (played by Rosario Dawson) is ostensibly there to help him find the painting. He gets stuck in the dream-like shenanigans and a love triangle. LA Times says "Basically, it's the shadowy machinations of a con-man movie with the head-spinning qualities of David Lynch, in which it's not clear which thread is real and which isn't."

The movie will starts at 7:20, and will last 101 min; after the credits, we will meet in the theater's concession area to decide a place for food and drinks. The group might decide on The Rusty Pelican since it is within one block of the theater. There are also Chinese and Thai food, but they may be too small for the group.
